a-FUSION is a South-East Asian initiative lead by Canon Inc. (Japan) and aimed to replace the Oracle ERP with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and 18 integrated systems. The program was completed across Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and China.
o Lead fit/gap analysis workshops including various internal stakeholders, SMEs (both local and remote via WebEx), Japanese Microsoft Dynamics AX technical consultants, Oracle super users and Ariba (SAP) functional and technical consultants
o Baseline performance assessment and collect critical factors and unit cost data to identify areas which can deliver significant business cost benefit
o Business process re-engineering following Six Sigma tools and project managing these process improvement initiatives by providing stakeholders updated on time, cost, quality and sustainable deliverables
o Align a-Fusion process improvement priorities with those of Canon Australia
o Review issues to develop and implement strategies to minimise ongoing incidents
o Review business processes and challenge current business rules to improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness
o Review business rules to ensure consistency and adherence to legislative requirements
o Ensure alignment of policies, process and procedure documentation
o Manage a large number of stakeholders ranging from operational to senior executives
o Develop multiple and consistent project SharePoint sites accessible by all employees.
